Actionpay group invests in Adpump ICO

On the first day of pre-sale Actionpay group corporate fund (the biggest CPA network in Eastern Europe) bought 5 million tokens of Adpump Blockchain Affiliate Marketplace project. The pre-sale (ability to buy tokens with a discount) has started on 13th of November and will go till 26th of the same month.
